【Project Overview】
In Omicho market, which consider it as kitchen of Kanazawa, you will enjoy hunting for seasonal ingredients with chief Kon from A restaurant. The ingredients you hunted will be used for the special cuisine which only at that day and there, and you are going to enjoy it.
The utensils which going to serve your creative dishes by chef, are made by Kanazawa artisan group who responds for a restaurants spatial design and utensil product.
You can also get an experience to visit a workshop which combines traditional techniques with cutting edge technology is born, this is a gourmet experience program. You can enjoy Kanazawa new food culture from ingredients to utensils.
