Join "A_RESTAURANT's current chef" for an enjoyable hunting of seasonal "ingredients" at Kanazawa's kitchen, the Omicho Market.
The ingredients we hunt will be served as the special menu of the day for dinner.
Enjoy and savor the flavors of the freshest seasonal ingredients!
The vessels on which the chef's creative dishes are served are provided by ”secca”, a Kanazawa craftsman group responsible for A_RESTAURANT's space design and tableware production.
You will also be able to experience a tour of the workshop where pottery is created by combining traditional techniques with cutting-edge technology.
This is a gourmet experience program where you can fully enjoy the new Kanazawa food culture "from the ingredients to the utensils."
